To reset your password, you must have the user ID and email address you provided when registering with the EFS system.

To get a new PIN / resend a PIN, you must have your user ID, password, and organization's file number. You can only Request a new PIN if it is expired. Otherwise, contact the EFS Helpdesk for assistance.
