Explain fully the circumstances of all payments, including the terms of any oral agreement or understanding pursuant to which they were made : The teachers in our Early Learning School filed to organize. The HR professional came on-site and provided leadership training on the overview of the organization process, collective bargaining, and potential outcomes. Leadership was trained on how to legally communicate with front-line staff throughout the process in addition to best practices moving forward. The HR Professional spent time offering voluntary trainings to the front-line staff in the school as well as across the organization on the collective bargaining process, unions, and the JCC/non-profits. She was available to answer questions when they arose and offered "open-door" opportunities. She also provided resources to all staff.
