Explain fully the circumstances of all payments, including the terms of any oral agreement or understanding pursuant to which they were made : On-site (operation in Bridgewater, New Jersey) third party education and services rendered to persuade employees to exercise or not to exercise, or as to the manner of exercising, the right to organize and bargain collectively though representatives of their own choosing. Two to three consultants were on site each of July 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 22 and 23 in connection with the provision of these services. More specifically, Prysmian only retained The Labor Pros with payment terms set forth in the attached letter of engagement. Prysmian paid the Labor Pros $4,000 per day per consultant for up to 10 hours per day. Overtime for time spent working in excess of 10 hours, and travel expenses, were included as additional expenses. The Labor Pros submitted a total of 3 invoices to Prysmian: (1) Invoice #1199 dated 7/16/2024 and totaling $17,761.75; (2) Invoice # 1204 dated 7/24/2024 and totaling $35,013.90; and (3) Invoice # 1205 dated 7/30/2024 and totaling $10,178.15. As noted above, Prysmian paid all invoices over two payments to The Labor Pros.
