I have a verbal agreement with Labor Information Services to represent Merit Logistics at their facility/facilities in Shelbyville, IN in a campaign to prevent Teamsters Local 135 from organizing their employees for the purpose of collective bargaining. My hourly rate is $230 plus reasonable travel expenses. The billed rate was $350 per hour. The agreement has never been reduced to writing, is for no specific time, and may be terminated by either party at any time.
