Written Agreement/Arrangement
Verbal agreement to represent Petsmart at their facility in Fairfield, CA to educate employees outlined in 12A regarding exercising their rights to organize and bargain collectively. Agreement has never been reduced to writing, is for no specific time and may be terminated by either party at any time. Hourly rate of $425 per hour, plus reasonable travel expenses.
