Question 9: THE ONLY CHANGES IN OUR GOVERNING RULES WERE IN A UNIFORM CONSTITUTION PRESCRIBED BY OUR SYSTEM DIVISION OR FEDERATION, WHICH IS FILING THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF COPIES. THERE HAVE BEEN NO CHANGES IN PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THE LATEST STATEMENT SUBMITTED WITH FORM LM-1.
THE SYSTEM DIVISION OR FEDERATION LM FILE NUMBER IS 003-939. THE MOST UP TO DATE SYSTEM BYLAWS ARE ATTACHED TO THE SYSTEMS LM-2.

General Information: SOME FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE LODGE WERE HANDLED THROUGH THE NATIONAL DIVISION HEADQUARTERS, WHICH MAINTAINS A CONSOLIDATED ACCOUNTING SYSTEM.
