Question 15: Depreciation expense on the building totaling $9,365 was incurred during the year ended December 31, 2016. During the year ended December 31, 2016, the Conference purchased shirts in the amount of $9,533 to be distributed to delegates and speakers at the Conference's annual convention. All shirts were distributed at the convention.

Question 18: During the year ended December 31, 2016, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters held its convention. As a result of actions taken at the convention, the constitution of the International was amended. The International has informed its affiliates that it will submit a copy of the constitution to the Department of Labor on behalf of its affiliates.

Schedule 13, Row1:Members of the Local Unions which have been chartered by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and which are affiliated with Joint Council No. 40 and Joint Council No. 53 and Local Unions within the Graphic Communication Conference and Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen located in jurisdictions of Joint Council No. 40 and Joint Council No. 53 which have voluntarily chosen to join the Conference. The Local Unions pay full per capita for each member of their union. Each Local Union belonging to the Pennsylvania Conference of Teamsters is eligible to send delegates to the Conference's annual convention. The delegates are eligible to vote in the election of Conference officers.

Schedule 11: On December 31, 2015, John Laigaie resigned his position as Vice President due to his retirement. Trustee Howard Wells was moved from his Trustee position and was appointed Vice President on January 6, 2016. Director Dan Grace was appointed Trustee on January 6, 2016 to fill the unexpired Trustee term. On February 4, 2016, George Ruggeri resigned from his position as Trustee. Jock Rowe was appointed as Trustee in accordance with the constitution and bylaws.
