The address of the Building Corporation is 1230 NE 106th Avenue, Portland, OR 97220. The financial operations of the Building Corporation are consolidated into the Local Union and included in this LM-2 report.

Also, the Local Union has accepted this individual's application and dues. An active member has taken an oath of obligation as a member at a regular meeting following acceptance of their application, unless dispensed with by the Local Union policy or practice. This category of membership pays dues in order to remain a member in good standing.
