Question 11(a): : The Council maintains a political fund. Beginning balance was $3,181. 2019 receipts were $18,015 and 2019 disbursements were 13,100 leaving a balance at 12/31/2019 of $8,096. The activity and cash balance are included as part of this LM2 document.

Question 12: The 2019 statement of receipts, disbursements and changes in cash and investment balances was audited by an independent CPA --> Gary W Paulson, CPA, Hackensack, MN.

Question 15: The Council maintains an inventory of sundry union apparel that it gives away to members at various functions. During 2019 the Council purchased $2,624 of apparel. The Council maintains a listing of items purchased, items given away, and inventory on hand.
