Question 13: During the year, the organization became aware of a shortage in cash totaling $114,075. This shortage in cash was due to checks being disbursed that did not go through the proper authorization process. Currently, the organization is working to bring restitution to this matter.
Cash Reconciliation:there is a stated difference of 1372 but it should be 1370.On page 6 there three charges listed as a loan.There listed to Jason Lacey ,Lolita Thomas ,and Diane Buford the loan listed to Jason Lacey is a officer stipend,The charge listed to Ms Thomas is her bi-weekly paycheck,the charge listed to Diane Buford is for loss wages for bargaining.Those amounts should total 1370 not 1372
