Schedule 11 - Carl Chisem became Executive Vice President in September 2019. He was approved by Board Members to fill the remainder of the term left vacant due to the retirement of Ron McClellan. The position was vacant at June 30, 2019. Joelyn Leon also was appointed to the position of Board Member by Board Members.
