Question 10: The NRLCA has created a 401K employee benefit plan (the Plan) in order to provide a retirement funding vehicle for its employees. As some employees are members of NRLCA, the Plan does, in an indirect fashion, provide benefits to its members or their beneficiaries. Question 11(a): National Rural Letter Carriers' Political Action Committee 1630 Duke Street, Alexandria, VA 22314 The National Rural Letter Carriers' Political Action Committee (the Committee) files with the Federal Election Committee (FEC) reporting its quarterly and annual receipts and disbursements on FEC Form 3X. The Committee is registered with the FEC under identification number C0007205. In prior years, the receipts and disbursements of the Committee were included on Form LM-2 filed by the National Rural Letter Carriers' Association (NRLCA). The current instructions for form LM-2 indicate that the receipts and disbursements of the Committee are not required to be included in form LM-2. In order to provide consistency with the cash receipts and disbursements presented on previous LM-2s, the financial activity of the Committee has been voluntarily included in this year's LM-2. However, since a complete report of the Committee's receipts and disbursements has already been filed with, and can be obtained from the FEC, no itemized receipts or disbursements related to the Committee have been included with this LM-2 filing.
