As of the reporting period, 22 Local Unions were affiliated with Joint Council 41. The Local Unions pay a monthly per capita tax to the Joint Council based on the number of members in each affiliated Local Union. Each affiliated Local Union is eligible to send Local Union Executive Board members, as Delegates, to Joint Council meetings, and participate in its affairs. Their voting rights include approval of motions at meetings, and participation in Teamsters Joint Council 41 elections.
