DISCHARGE AND DISMISSAL PAY IS EQUAL TO ONE WEEK'S SALARY FOR EACH YEAR OF SERVICE UP TO A MAXIMUM OF FIVE WEEKS. ALL FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES OF THE JOINT COUNCIL ARE ELIGIBLE TO BE PAID FOR ANY EARNED AND UNUSED VACATION TIME UPON PERMANENT LAYOFF, TERMINATION OR RESIGNATION.
