Copy of the Local's by-laws have been attached. -Added language regarding Officers Bylaw Allowance to cease if becoming a full time staff officer. -Officers failure to perform duties or attend meetings scheduled in bylaws shall not receive the bylaw allowance. -Change of old address to new address. -Added Pledge of Allegiance to Joint Council agenda. -Raised Initiation Fee from $25.00 to $35.00. -Changed per Diem rates to match International Union. -Increased Officer Salary by $1500. -Added language to mileage expense for individual drivers who will not carpool to be reimbursed gas only only with receipt.
