The attached agreement, dated 10/28/21 included the potential to perform reportable activity. However, all work reported on this LM-20 was performed prior to 10/3/21, pre-petition, under an oral agreement. The position of Lev Labor is that this work was predominantly employee relations work. Further, there was no involvement in any employee meetings. That said, out of an abundance of caution this firm is submitting an LM-20.
