General Information: Rate of Dues and Fees: Regular Dues and Fees State of Michigan employees pay dues at a rate of $29.66 bi-weekly. Local government and school district employees pay dues at a rate of $33.00-$53.00 per month. Retiree members pay dues at a rate of of $5.00 per month. The Local Union reimbursed DTMB-Office of Financial Management in the amount of $121,376 for "lost time wages". The amounts paid are included in Section 12 - Disbursements to Employees.
