Question 12: Third-party auditor: Gray, Callison, & Jones CPA, PC

Question 13: In May 2022, two checks were stolen from a U.S. Postal Service bin and altered with fradulent payee information (persons unknown to the Organization and its officers). The Organization attempted to file a police report for theft but was denied. The Organization filed fraud reports with the U.S. Postal Service and Huntington Bank. The U.S. Postal Service denied restitution. Huntington Bank has not made a status determination of the claim as of the date of this report. Detailed information of the fraudulent checks is as follows: Check# 16752 Nigel Faucett (fraudulent payee) in the amount of $6,200.52 Check# 16749 Amarr Woods (fraudulent payee) in the amount of $4,200.53
