You may order copies of LM-1 union information reports; LM-2, LM-3, and LM-4 union annual reports; and union constitutions/bylaws from this site. Copies of reports are available to the public at a cost of 15 cents per page; requests for 30 or fewer pages are provided free of charge. A bill listing any charges will be sent to you with the reports.

If you do not know the union's file number, enter as much information as possible in the form below.

If the union is affiliated with a national or international union, select the "Affiliation Name" from the dropdown menu accessed by the "down" arrow to the right of the space provided. If the union is not affiliated with a national or international union, skip the "Affiliation Name" field and select the "Organization Name" from the dropdown menu which lists every unaffiliated reporting union. Similar dropdown menus are available to assist in the entries for the "Designation Name" and "State" fields. When entries have been made, click the "Search" button. Our search engine will look for all unions in the database that match your search criteria and display them for you.
